​Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), the leading enabler of connectivity and collaboration solutions for businesses in India, hosted a CXO roundtable on “Rising to the challenge with tech Advantage”. The virtual roundtable is aimed to enable a platform for the industry leaders across various sectors to share insights on the role of technology in providing growth momentum to the enterprises even during the ongoing pandemic. TTBS led discussion underscores the key aspects related to transformed connectivity and collaboration tools for SMEs in India as businesses are now getting digitally more agile.

CE Champions of India, Mr. Pradeep Nagraj, CEO Management Assessment & Certification Pvt. Lmt, Singapore, Mr. Shyam Sekar’s, Founder Start-up experts & Voxit Media Tech, addressed the forum. The roundtable witnessed series of discussions on how businesses have successfully recovered the lost momentum with a wide mix of collaboration tools acting as a bridge for business connectivity and continuity.

Mr. G Sundararajan, CEO Virtual Tech Lab Pvt Lmt. said “We have initially lost a few customers at the beginning of the pandemic but we have recovered strongly by gaining more number of customers later. We have successfully implemented a digital first work culture, and new set of practices to overcome the challenges and sustain in the new normal. Hybrid-work culture model provides the best productivity in comparison to other polar models”

Mr. Nandagopal, MD Srinanda Impex Pvt. Lmt. said “We have survived the pandemic well, and we have also started a new venture in the real-estate segment. Implementing the collaboration and digital first tools have helped us to engage our existing customers, and some of the new potential customers, as well. Editorial marketing model with the help of digital amplification platforms such Telegram and WhatsApp helped us the most to provide newer ways of doing business in the pandemic”   

Mr. Pradeep Nagraj, CEO Management Assessment & Certification Pvt. Lmt, Singapore said At the initial stages, there were some negative impact on business due to a disrupted cash flow management. We have re-invented our way of doing business, and focused more on the mandatory and essential elements first. With seamless connectivity tools, we have utilized our existing capacity of the resources at its max, and optimized the operational cost. We have trained our resources well for the new normal.” 

Mr. Shyam Sekar’s, Founder Start-up experts & Voxit Media Tech said “We have moved from a process-centric approach to a people centric approach in order to sustain this pandemic. We have launched new consultancy services especially for start-ups in India. Cloud-adoption has helped us to accelerate the productivity, and making our employees technology savvy.”
