YLG brings home the CII Award for Customer Obsession level – 1

YLG, one of the country’s major beauty and wellness brands, bags the CII Award for customer obsession – level 1 for engaging in active consumer communication. After going through a 6 month long tedious process of scrutiny, only about 25 companies across industry segments were felicitated with this recognition. Ticking off all the boxes, YLG has proven that customers are at the heart of their organization. Winning this accolade has just reiterated the organization’s commitment towards providing the best of services to its customers.

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Award for Customer Obsession was created to promote the customer obsession culture in the Indian Industry. YLG, since its inception, has been a customer-centric organization, introducing innovative services for its customers. In 2015, realising that not all their customers have access to YLG salons, the brand took the salons to their customers’ doorstep by introducing YLG @home (at-home services) making them the most convenient and customer-friendly salon chain in the regions they’re present in.

Visionary initiatives like the ‘Save Water Shampoo’ that aids in water conservation, introduction of new and contemporary hair looks every year to cater to a wide audience, introducing the latest skin consultation technology facilities ranging from the European light therapy to light therapy for hair, make YLG stand out from the conventional.  Rahul Bhalchandra, C.E.O and Co-founder, YLG Salons received the award. Receiving the award and expressing his gratitude, Rahul said, “Customer obsession is the core mantra of YLG, and it is a pleasure to be honoured with this title.
